At QPROTEK, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably, wherever you are.
Processing time: In‑stock orders are typically processed within 24-48 Hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery time (India):
◦Metro cities: 3–5 business days
◦Other locations: 5–7 business days
International shipping: We ship to select countries via trusted couriers (such as DHL, FedEx or UPS). Delivery estimates range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number and courier link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping cost:
◦Free shipping on QPROTEK orders above ₹10,000 (India‑only).
◦For orders below this threshold and for international shipments, a flat or weight‑based shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
◦We ship Monday–Friday and do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges
◦We stand behind the quality of QPROTEK protective workwear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order to discuss a return or exchange.
Who is eligible?
◦Return or exchange requests are accepted for unused, undamaged products in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
◦Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including instruction labels and hangtags.
Damaged or defective items:
◦If your QPROTEK garment arrives damaged, faulty or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.
◦We will either arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return‑shipping costs.
Wrong size or model:
◦For size or style‑related issues, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
◦Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested size/model is not available, we will offer a refund or suggest an alternative.
◦The customer typically bears the return‑shipping cost for non‑defective exchanges, unless otherwise agreed in writing or as part of a special promotion.
◦Non‑returnable items:
◦Custom‑made, FR‑certified or specially requested protective garments (for example, custom‑labelled or non‑standard FR‑compliant designs) may be non‑returnable unless defective.
◦Sale or promotional items may also be excluded from returns or exchanges, as mentioned on the product page.
Return & Exchange Policy
QPROTEK provides a streamlined return and exchange process for customers, accessible exclusively through your online account.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
◦Access Your Account: Log in and navigate to “My Orders.”
◦Select Order: Click “Request Return or Exchange” next to your order (B2B users can select bulk items).
◦Provide Details: Choose reason (e.g., size, defect), upload photos if applicable // include PO number for B2B orders.
◦Submit: Our team responds within 24 hours with approval, instructions, and prepaid return label.
Shipping & Processing
◦Ship using the provided courier/label and retain proof of shipment.
◦Refunds/exchanges processed in 48 hours (B2C) or 72 hours (B2B) after inspection.
◦B2B options include credit notes per contract terms; refunds issued to original payment method.
Eligibility Criteria
◦B2C requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. B2B requests within 72 hours of delivery (or per contract terms). Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Exclusions apply to custom orders, personalized items, final-sale products, and clearance stock.

Important Notes
◦QPROTEK does not cover customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders; these are the responsibility of the buyer.
◦We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns. QPROTEK is not liable for lost or damaged items returned without tracking.
◦For bulk or B2B orders (e.g., corporate uniforms), please refer to your signed supply agreement, under which different return and exchange terms may apply.
